The song "This is Amazing Grace" by Phil Wickham has always been a favourite of mine. I sing it often in my travels to different churches to lead worship. I love that it reminds us that God is the King of the Universe "who shakes the whole Earth with holy thunder" and "rules the nations with truth and justice." Yet it also reminds us that God is a loving Father "who makes the orphan a son and daughter."

God is King and He is a loving father. Let's continue getting to know Him better. I heard someone say that everything we do and say - all the decisions we make - flow out of what we believe about God and ourselves. Let's make sure our decisions are based in the Truth.
If there is an aspect of God's character that you are struggling to understand, ask God to reveal Himself to you and keep a journal of how He answers. There will always be more to learn about our heavenly Father!
