The back story:
After releasing two albums under her maiden name “Chelsea Nisbett”, she realized that her last name was a struggle for many to spell and pronounce. She made a tutorial video on how to pronounce it but it was to no avail. The situation was bleak and desperate. Finally she decided to start using her middle name Amber and released a third album under the new name entitled “Introducing Chelsea Amber”.

Produced in Nashville and Los Angeles by Grammy-nominated and Grammy-award-winning producers Paul Colman, Tedd T and Adrian Bradford.
Features 8 pop/soul tracks about faith, self-esteem, and the ups and downs of life.
Received eight accolades including Gospel Recording and R&B/Soul Single of the Year (2015 East Coast Music Awards); Artist of the Year (2016 African Nova Scotian Music Association Awards); Female Vocalist and Pop Album of the Year (2015 Covenant Awards); and a 2015 Juno nomination for Contemporary Christian/Gospel Album of the Year.
In 2015 her song "Diamond in the Rough" was named a runner-up in the International Songwriting Competition.
